A Clear Plan for Union County’s Future

Union County is growing, and the decisions we make now will shape what our county looks like for years to come. I am running for County Commissioner because I believe growth should be guided with discipline, common sense, and a clear understanding of what is at stake for the people who live here.

My platform is centered on six priorities.

Planning and zoning must be handled with foresight. Growth should respect property owners, protect the character of our communities, and make room for responsible development. Good decisions today prevent expensive problems tomorrow.

Infrastructure has to keep up. Roads, water, drainage, and public services are the foundation of a strong county. We need to maintain what we have, plan ahead, and invest where it matters most.

Economic development should strengthen Union County, not change it beyond recognition. We should welcome opportunity, support business growth, and expand the tax base while preserving the qualities that make this county a place people want to call home.

Livable wages matter because strong communities depend on working families being able to stay and live in them. County leadership should support the kind of growth that creates opportunity, supports local business, and helps people build sustainable lives here.

Transparency in government is essential. The public deserves clear communication, accessible leadership, and open decision-making. People should be able to see what is happening, understand why decisions are being made, and trust that their voices matter.

Community comes first. Every county decision should be measured against a simple question: does this make life better, stronger, and more sustainable for the people of Union County?

I am running to bring practical leadership, ask hard questions, and make responsible decisions that protect what we value while preparing for what is next. Union County needs steady leadership, smart growth, and a government that works for the people it serves.
